أزمة الأكسيجين من الصعب أن تقاوم المنظومة الصحية لأي بلد مثل هذه الأزمات، لكن كان من المفترض الإستعداد لمثل حادثة نقص الأكسجين، خاصة و أنها حدثت قبل سنة في الموجة الأولى و ذهب ضحيتها الكثير من الذين كان بالإمكان إنقاذهم، لهذا يجب أن نعترف أننا تهاونا، و لم نأخذ الأمر بجدية، سواء من جهة المواطنين…
